Cronbach Testing and Analytics Private Limited (pronounced as "Kronbaah") was founded in April 2011 by a team of professionals having a combined experience of over 50 years in IT Development & Training, HR, Recruitments, Operations and Assessments. After having served in several organizations in various capacities, the founding team realized that there was a huge gap between what the industry needed vis-à-vis the services available in the market. To fill this lacuna and also to address the many grey areas that are prevalent today in the various offerings, Cronbach Testing and Analytics (“Cronbach”) was formed with the primary goal of providing solutions that are objective, scientific, holistic in nature and most important is to ensure that are customer-centric.

  In principle, Cronbach intends to address the various pain points that exist in the Talent Acquisition and Management space. Since the founding team having themselves experienced many of the issues not only understand the nature of the problems, but also have evolved solutions which is available off-the-shelf to its clients. Cronbach has products and services that cover the entire gamut of Talent Acquisition and Management.

This includes services such as CV Screening, Assessments (for Selection, Training, Promotion, etc), Online assessments (Technology and Psychometric), Language Evaluations, Service Delivery (Logistics and Operations) and Interview Paneling. However, wherever there is scope for customization, Cronbach’s team would collaboratively work with the clients to provide solutions that suit their needs.

Ravi Kumar, Founder and Managing Director of Cronbach Testing and Analytics Private Limited with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, has worked on diverse areas such as development, training and assessments. He now drives the assessments and delivery side of business. Earlier to founding of this company, he has worked with several leading assessment companies in India (including an American company) wherein he was solely responsible for designing assessment frameworks, mobilizing the resources (internal and external), streamlining and successfully running the processes.
